At Charitable Solutions (Generosity Nexus is a contractor for Charitable Solutions) primarily deals with private stock, real estate and crypto donations. I serve as the primary donor/professional advisor liaison from the initial conversation, through due diligence, donation all the way through to the final grant.

Charitable Solutions, LLC, as the administrative and managerial services provider for Dechomai Foundation, Inc., we have established a “customizable” one-stop service for non-cash donations. Dechomai Foundation, Inc. and Dechomai Asset Trust (Dechomai) are federally-recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations established to assist individuals and companies in making charitable donations of assets that have traditionally been difficult for many charities to accept. The donor establishes a donor-advised fund and recommends a grant of the net proceeds back to their preferred charity, DAF, or community foundation.

In September 2024, I left my 4-year tenure as the Development Officer at Community Foundation Lorain County in Elyria, OH, where I led the Community Foundation’s efforts in all avenues of Development to build donor relations and increase the Community Foundation’s endowment. Prior to the Community Foundation, I was at American Endowment Foundation from 2009-2020. Aside from being integral in AEF's $1B+ growth during that time, I launched and led an internal complex assets team starting in 2017 serving as Vice President of Corporate/Complex Giving. During my tenure leading that team, I managed the charitable receipt and liquidation of over 125 gifts of various complex assets. I also was a past faculty member for the Exit Planning Institute CEPA® program.
